Essayez d'installer php-mbstring pour la configuration de mediawiki.
déjà ajouté après la première tentative de référentiel d'univers :le package php7.2-mbstring est manquant dans Ubuntu 18.04
Mais ça me donne du fil à retordre

Réponse acceptée :
Il vous manque certains canaux nécessaires de sources.list
. Faites sudo gedit /etc/apt/sources.list
et faites-le ressembler à ceci :
deb http://archive.ubuntu.com/ubuntu bionic main multiverse restricted universe
deb http://archive.ubuntu.com/ubuntu bionic-security main multiverse restricted universe
deb http://archive.ubuntu.com/ubuntu bionic-updates main multiverse restricted universe
Enregistrez et quittez.
Ensuite, mettez à jour votre référentiel :
sudo apt update
Ensuite, installez php-mbstring
:
sudo apt install php7.2-mbstring
