Je suis derrière un proxy donc j'ai mis à jour /etc/apt/apt.conf avec mes paramètres de proxy et j'ai supprimé les anciennes listes avec sudo rm /var/lib/apt/lists/* -vf .

Je suis sur Ubuntu 12.04. Il s'agit d'une connexion Ethernet au bureau qui va vers un proxy Sophos.

J'ai rencontré ce problème avec l'un des ppa s (Geogebra ), il y a quelques minutes et en procédant comme suit, le problème a été résolu :
sudo rm -rf /var/lib/apt/lists/* && sudo apt-get update
